[Resolved]  TVC Skyshop — Faulty Product

Hei friends i am Shiv Charan Dagar i had purchased Icon G4 mobile from Tvc Skyshop. on Feb. 19, 2011. After two days it has stoped to work.I had contected to customer and send email one or two daily, but there is no responce by tvc company till May15, 2011. So i suggested to you, tvc skyshop company id totally fraudulent company. they are cheating with us.Company director Vinod Mehata and company principal Vinod Agarwal are cheating to all customers and i thinks both are chor and maha chor hen. I have purchaged i-book leptop on Dt.02/04/11 that is not supporting any net, , even the sound system of core media player is corrupt. it seems that all advertising done by TVC Skyshope was formalities and there is not any customer care response . I shall definitely go to our consumer forum and case to supporting distributor otherwise, if my complaint not attained immediately.

I understand how that feels, U can register a complaint for this.The customer care will help u out as they did me for the same problem!!

I have a huge problem that i am facing from your organisation.
I Placed an order for a Mixer Grinder (order no OW[protected], but have not received the same till now. Moreover no one is willing to inform where it has reached, infact i was not even informed that my order is getting delayed. On complaining what i have been informed that it would take some more time, but not an exact figure has been quoted as to when it would be delivered.
After such a bad response, I would like to cancel my order, but dont know how as when i call at your center they ask me to wait for the order rather than listen to what the customer is asking for.
Real bad experience, pls look into the matter as now i do not require that product any more and return my money.

TVC SKY SHOP is the fake shop since they do not think the value for their customer.Try for the call to skyshop they are not bother about customer valuable time as well as money.they donot receive the call properly.

yes i do agree with mr zakir sayed even i am using the merlin 123 from last 1 year and the tvc customercare is obidient with their warranty period i have occured a problem with merlin 123 but it was instantly solved

This is to communicate and necessary action action the delivery of faulty products to me.

I placed the order to TVC SKYSHOP for cooking king with slicer and dicer along with mobile phone icon G4 online. I paid the money by debit card and I got the confirmation
From TVC that the material will be delivered to you. The TVC SMS to me with my name RAN VIJAY SINGH.

But, I received the material with the name of Mr.SHAILESH SHANTILAL.I paid money from my account(showing in bank statement),address is mine and phone no. is
Mine then how your people can did this mistake.

I received products from post office on 28/3/11 morning and I checked the material on
Same day that your both the products are faulty.
1.Cooking king heating system is not working.
2.Mobile phone touch screen is not working properly.

I called to your customer care executive (Mr.ANKIT) and lodged the complaint. When I lodged a complaint they refuse to refund my money against the faulty products which I have not used for a second and instead asked me to send it to their head office for repairs at my cost. I am quite upset with this and realize that TVC sky shop is cheating to customer as I checked lot of complaints against TVC on net.

Kindly, return my money and arrange to someone to take back your products .I really felt unsatisfied with your executive reply. It would be better ,please return my money back and stop making fool to customer through your add .

Even I also placed an order for ICON G4 eight months back in TVC SKY SHOP. They delivered me this ICON G4 as per given time. I think you should contact to customer care of TVC for your problem once again.

I do agree with Mr Nadik as even my problem with Merlin was solved by the customer care of TVC within 7days

I bought i book laptop on 17 march 2011 then I started on 18 march 2011,
But it was not working wifi & power charge then I called tvcskyshop customer care & they told me we did replace your product between 5 or 7 days but they didn't, whenever I called tvcskyshop every employe told me I will do it tomorrow & I personaly talk with my senior,
There are every employes bloody liar & unrespondable,
I have some employe's name sarvan mistry, poonam Sharma, pavan pandey, ashish, ballu, ambika, Rahul, omkar, Abbas, shahin, taslim, amar bhagvani and employe team manager nitesh sing ...they are really unrespondable & don't deserve this job, , , , , , i tlked 3 time wid taslim n amar bhagvani n every time thy tld me ths time we definetly do tht but thy didn't, , , whenver i called thr every time i tld thm i wnt 2 tlk wid senior or manager but thy tld me not availible every time...
Today 2 july 2011 I still fighting with tvcskyshop but they nobody change my product, now 4 month & nobody help me, ,
So guys alert if you want to buy anything don't buy on tvcskyshop it's unrespondable & they haven't good product, , ,

I have purchased iconG4, i ordered it on 2nd aug and i got delivery of it on 3rd aug at pune.phone which i have received is faulty and not working in any way.product sent by you is duplicate.i have lodged complaint with customer care on 5th aug however they are so negligent about cutomers and not responding properly.therfore i am going to lodge complaint with police and cosumer court to punish them...from Adv. ya same with me but i would suggest you mr shravan the tvc customer care department is much co-opeative to the person who have problem with there products my problem was solved within 2 weeks, i am sure you will get proper response from their side until an unleess u inform them about your problem

This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased this product named Icon-G4 from TVC SKY SHOP LTD on 15th[protected]cash on delivery) with the order no-OC2584192.This phone was not functioning properly at all. So, the customer care people from TVC call centre suggested me to sent this for repairing to the address -TVC Network Ltd, Plot no-A/3, MIDC, Opp. Milton factory, Meera Gaon, Meera Road, East Thane -401104.I sent the product to this address on[protected] which was received by them on[protected].The call center  employees advised me to wait for 10 working days and i will get my phone back. But could not get it after 15 working days. So I called them and got the information that my product is still under repairing process and observation. Hence i was asked to wait for 8 more working days. Since then my call and emails to them is continuous with them but no response is coming. Every time I get the same answer that the product is still under observation. Now it has been exactly 110 days that the product is with them.I really want my phone back as it costed me Rs. 6690.00 .These people are neither ready to send my original product nor the replacement.

yeah i do agree with mr Vijay vishvakarma even i had purchased a merlin 123 before 2 years and uptill now its working in fine condition and now after 2 yrs, i was having some problem with its jars but when i called up customercare for this, The the complaint was taken and i received a positive response from their side within a further week

i was intending to buy Smart phone android but looking to these complaints now i am in two minds whether to purchase or not! please any one can advice?
