Its been more than one month that i have not received my mobile that i had sent it on 31 july 2014 to service centre of Mumbai..i had bought it from tvc sky shop.iam facing many problems without my mobile.. my mobile order no. is 14388577.i had bought this mobile on 31 may 2014.. i hope you would take some strict action against the company......

My Father purchased a coral stone ring from TVC SKYSHOP WITH genuine report card but now i tested this stone and found its fake stone not original coral stone. I did write an email to costumer team for refund.but they replied its not possible so please take suitable action against him.and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I have purchased one Nuclear SX 5.3i Smartphone (Wi-Fi 3G 12GB 1 GHZ) SKU:2172 through on line purchase from TV Sky shop through TRADUS.COM vide Sub Order ID No.10847422_01 on 16th September, 2013. Today, when I try of Power off the Smartphone, the same is not working.           Dear Sir, i booked the mobile Nuclear Sx on dated 13/05/2014, my order no. or blue dart AWB no. [protected] on the name Amit Nidhi Singh ([protected]). as per discussed with blue dart customer care they told this shipment was return to the company sky shop on 20/05/2014 due to temporary service not available in thane. as per your customer service they had already send this shipment on 13/05/2014 & after that they dont know the stastus for the same. please reply or contact for the same. rgds, Amit Singh.

            Hi my name is krunal mehta & i purchase nuclear sx on 5/5/14. I paid amount through credit card but after 8 days of ordered still product is not delivered. I m affraid of this thing that no one is replying & provide me proper status since i m changing my house in next month can i will get this phone before changing house. I purchased this phone for my wife & her birthday was already gone on 12/05/2014. So kindly deliver the product or cancell order & give my money back. I m not able to understand that how tvc take time of deliver product.

              Hello Sir/Madam,


              I'm in seek of
              help from you all in regards to my PF . as I wanted to complaint against My
              past organization(TVC SKY SHOP LTD ) as I’m facing difficulty in claiming
              my pf amount since they are not co-operating . I was employed in TVC SKY SHOP LTD
              7th march 2011 to 12th may 2013, and have
              left the organization after serving the due notice period served the company
              for a continuous period of 2/1 years, as
              I look f forward for a better prosperity as I am look forward for 2 yrs.’
              Pf but as per my knowledge as the company is not yet paying the
              income tax, when I was a employ of the company I
              asked my HR to update me my pf account but she never revert me back
              and also it not printed on the salary slip
              and lately I visited my company where she update me
              actually we haven’t paid, the tax from last 1.5
              years but the pf(Provident Fund) amount was getting dedicated from
              our every month salary .


              Then I
              decided not to waste my time and send a fresh application . I've even
              spoken to my manger of the company informing about all the
              troubles I’ve gone through. I also pleaded for help in this matter but there
              was no response from him. After giving several reminders i did not
              get any response Now please suggest me how should I proceed in this case since
              my money is stuck in their PF TRUST. Also I want to set an example for all my
              ex-colleagues so that organizations like this won’t dare to harass employees in
              future again as they are doing with me . Looking forward for your great
              support.

                I have ordered a bunch a combo of flowers and chocolate on 05th feb 2014 and they promised to deliver on a very same day however they did not do it. I called many times and they they asked me to wait for few days and also advised me to call their third party vender infibeam. Infibeam people said that there's no order placed like this and again advised me to call tvc skyshop. On 14 feb I received an email stating order has been cancelled due to no inventory and will receive refund of rs 878 within 4-5 days. I call them on daily basis and since there call center is in Mumbai. It costs me so much and I have got no resolution. Order Date: 05-Feb-2014 21:42:34 PM IST Cancellation Date: 14-Feb-2014 16:32:36 PM IST Cancellation Reason: Canceling the shipment - [protected]-1 Please help me receiving my refund. I sent so many emails to them Seeking help but nobody reverted. I have all the emails and stem rent which shows that I have made a payment online Please help

                  the phone is awesome and i liked it very much.

                  it has a very big screen to watch movie and see my pdf files when i am travelling.

                  the battery is also giving good backup till date.

                      this company is fraud. they loot there own distributors by claiming that company will make them earn around 30000 per month but instead they ask for 250000 in advance as for stocks. but they dont give regular orders, instead they keep forcing the distributor to invest more and more. and while claiming the money back they dont pay anything to distributor. so please dont do buissness with them, they are a big time fraud. they should be put...

                      TVC Sky shop — Not dispatching ordered product

                      It seems that I have been cheated by TVC Sky Shop. I saw an adv. in Rajasthan Patrika ,Jaipur (Rajasthan) for Teica MC-10 and ordered for one through TVC Sky Shop website and paid the required amount of Rs. 3990/- by netbanking (HDFC) on 23rd Dec.2010. My order Number generated is OW00002703 and Transaction ID is TR[protected]. Since than I have written several emails to customer suport and have given letters to its Registered office and Corporate office at Mumbai but they have given no attention to my request. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME in this regard at [protected]@gmail.com. I have not yet received either product or email from TVC

                      I WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME PHASE, AS THE ORDERED PRODUCT WERE NOT BEING DISPATCHED. I WAS INFORMED BY TVC EXECUTIVES THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED

                          TVC Sky Shop — Product not working and no under warranty support

                          I want to bring this to the knowledge of all that this TVC SKY SHOP is a fraud company. I have been cheated by TVC SKY SHOP. I have purchased one ICON G5 touch screen mobile phone though TVC SKYSHOP in the month of January 2012. It was a purchase against advance payment.
                          When I received the product, I found that touch screen of the mobile phone was not working. The touch screen was insensitive . It required multiple hitting of ICON....
