Dear sir,
I write to inform you that we have completely verified your claim and you have been approved to receive the cash grant which will help your financial position. We have subsequently issued a bank draft in your name to the tune of four hundred and eighty thousand Dollars (US$480, 000.00).
The bank draft can be encashed in any branch of HSBC bank in your country of residence. Your inability to come to London in order to collect your bank draft prompted us to make arrangement to send it via courier delivery with an insurance coverage. However, it is the resolution of our organization what whoever fails to come in person to collect his/her prize will be responsible for the courier and insurance fees which have to be paid before delivery.

3. The courier charge is as high as that because it is payment for a two-way delivery charge. You will be required to sign our acknowledgment letter after receiving your parcel and this has to be sent back to us, the cost of sending it back is covered in the courier fee you are to pay.
