[Resolved] Uninor — Mobile number portability | |||
Sir, I ( M.V.H. PRASAD ) have given my port in application on 23rd march, 2011and I have submitted my all necessary documents in UNINOR outlet only, but till to date they were not converted the network from BSNL( [protected] ) to Uninor. According to TRAI, They should change the network within 7 working days. Even though they did not converted. On the same complaint I phoned several times to the Costumer Care Executives, to their Team Leaders even to their Higher authority , but there is no proper response from all the people. I Mahendra Pagar have given my port in application firstly on 30th July 2011 & secondly 16th August 2011 and I have submitted my all necessary documents in IDEA outlet only, but till to date they were not converted the network from Uninor ([protected]) to IDEA. According to try, You should change the network within 7 working days. Even though you did not converted. On the same complaint I phoned several times to the Costumer Care Executives to your Team Leaders even to your Higher authority, but there is no proper response from all the people. For this What should I do. Please clear my complaint as early as possible.

I am Customer o[censored]ninor with the mobile no. [protected]. On the date 10.05.2012 My tune service was automatically activated and charge me rupees 40.00 for this. I have deactivated My tune service & complained to customer care to back my 40.00 rupees back. They have not given any complain no to me. According to customer care Executive it will solved with in 24 hours but 24 hour has already over. i have not received 40.00 rupees for your site.
For this What should I do. Please clear my complaint as early as possible.

I have given my MNP application on 4th Feb 2013and I have submitted my all necessary documents in UNINOR Shop Nizampura vadodara, but till date they were not converted the network from Airtel [protected] to Uninor. According to TRAI, They should change the network within 7 working days. Even though they did not converted. On the same complaint I phoned several times to the Costumer Care Executives, to their Team Leaders even to their Higher authority, but there is no proper response from all the people.
