UniverCell Mobile Showroom — problem in my new mobile handset

As i purchased an HTC mobile from an univercell show room from chittoor,andhra pradesh on[protected] where it was not working properly from 6months .i used it only for 3months touch problem is more and i gave it service center where they took 10 days for one service and i gave for 2times to resolve the problem but same problem is arriving over it now also iam not using it but they are not correcting the problem so please resolve my compliant its cost was 14000/
