UniverCell — No response to customer complaint email | |
I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 620 at UniverCell Showroom (T.T.K. Road, Chennai).
Invoice No: P.AGF/3296
The purchase being at Regional Head Office, I had expected better service than what I received. When I posted my complaints in detail, to [protected]@univercell.in all that I received was an automated reply (on 21st June 2013). UniverCell did not bother to contact me after that! UNIVERCELL — misconstrue
On 24th of august 2013,I bought a (sony experia L) handset.The configuration and the price they provided me is really mismated from other mobile stores. also after billing they changed their free gifts which they show me on demo.so please take appropriate actions against such companies from further cheating.
