I had purchased a reliance netconnect data card on 20.07.2013 at your outlet in Srivilliputur. The device ceased operating and I had handed over the same at the showroom on 16.08.2013. The show room claims to have sent it to Chennai Office whereas your Chennai office denies receiving. I am getting conflicting replies and request that some correct information on the same be provided
