[Resolved] Universal Travels — Worst travel experience | |||
We booked a ticket from chennai to thiruthooraipondi in universal travels through redbus. We(myself,wife and 2 yr old son) were booked a sleeper seat and when we boarded we found that the seat was fully wet and we requested to change the seat. but their response is very bad. Lastly the cleaner provided a dirt cardboard and the fully dirt screen. With the 2 yr old son we travelled a very worst travelling experience. On the same trip, in tiruvarur, when the bus stopped we get down for a nature call, at that time the bus left without us and after that we reached through town bus.
