I Chander Shakher Had applied for PAN CARD for the correction of name spelling on PAN Card.As it Had checked from the utipancard site. The site has been shown that The card had been despatch by courier By 16 Feb 2008. Till the date i had not received the PAN CARD . MY Application No is[protected] And my coupen no is[protected]. 25 May 07 I received allotted pan Card no AUUPK1326K I find error names printed on pan card self Name KALAGAMADI ATMARAM SREEVANI and
father Name K A GAMPAIAH whereas my original name is KALLAMADI ATMARAM SREEVANI My DOB is[protected] and My father name is KALLAMADI GAMPAIAH ATMARAM immediately I approached UTI center for correction they verified with system and advised me to re apply again by paying Rs 72/- I applied for card in correction CSF form no[protected] and coupon No [protected] dt 27 July 07 with all supporting documents I have not yet received my pan card till date after several visits to UTI center there was no progress in my case I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me the status immediately or send any above related information to my mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com and my mobile No is [protected]

I have applied for PAN card though UTI in the month of MAR 2008 and my application no. is [protected] till now I have not received PAN card or any acknowledgement. In track your PAN status it is showing null.

In the month of may 22nd 2007, I have applied for pan card in UTI bank located in Halasuru branch Bangalore. Sofor didn't recieve the card due to postal problems. Eventhough given complaint for 5 times in the same branch no result given by the respected people.

I keep and touch with Post office also iam calling to trivandrum UTI office they said your pan card allready despatched. then i told them i didnt recived any card then i went personally in the post office they said we didnt recieved any such material what you claiming then i called trivandrum office they said we cant do anything for it you just send a complaint letter then we will send to our mumbai office then see what ios the result iam asking only one things why this is happening in my case i cant do any financial transaction even sharemarket pleasse help sir in this regard

07July 07 when I checked With UTITSL website they allotted pan no AOZPM6428D when I approached for my non receipt of pan card till date they advised me to submit representation the same I made by written complaint on 04 Oct 07 even though no response from UTI after several personal visits to UTI office informed by UTI staff that they have send the replay letter Quoting ref no 163569 dt 13 Dec 07 but I have not received such letter from UTI till date even though refer my consumer complaint no 95080380 there was no progress in my case I request concern dept look in to my case and re issue the pan card or inform the status to my mail Id [protected]@drcar.co.in or my mobile No[protected].
