[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

I m mr. padam bahadur tamang apply for the pancard for surname changes and i didnt got my new pan card so plz send my new pan card to my following address given below.
my old pan card no is ALAPG9214H. So plz sir release my pan card as i enclosed all the details you have required.

I have applied for a PAN card in the month of september, 2009.My application No. is[protected].my PAN card No. is AUVPB8973A.The card has been dispatched on 01/10/2009.i couldnot get my PAN card yet.Meanwhile i have changed my resident 30 ago.My new resident adress is as follows-

Pan card — not receiving pan card till now

sir my pan card was despetch on 4 dec but it is not reach at my house till now .my bill no. is [protected] . i have urgent need of this.

I haven't received my pan card. I applied the pan card in 2006. I am not there in the home when the PAN card post is received. So, they took back and said it is missed. This is my PAN Card number AJXPR8725R. If possible can I get another one.
