I have applied for PAN Card for one of my cliet Mr. Fuleshwer Baraik.. PAN Card has been despatched on 03.03.2009 vide airway Bill nO. [protected] dt. 03.03.2009 to my client. Your delivery man has contact the concenred person on his cell phone but the card is not delivered to him because he told him that I am unable to find your address. Please chekc the matter and delivered the PAN Card to assessee at an earliest.

My name is AJAY SHARMA a resident of B-91 PANCHSHEEL COLONY LAL KUAN, uttar pradesh. I had applied for a PAN card thru UTITSL GHAZIABAD but till yet i had not received my PAN card at my mailing address. On the income tax website www.incometaxindia.gov.in I had checked the status of my pan application. on the website my pan number was showing with the delivery status as DELIVERED on 03/01/2009.
So kindly check the status of my pan card and kindly get my PAN Card delivered at my mailing address as soon as possible because it had been a long time since i had been alloted a PAN number but had not received the PAN CARD at MY ADDRESS.
It would be a great help to me i[censored] can get my PAN Card delivered at my address ASAP. I am providing my full details in this complaint so that u don't face any type of problem in checking the status of my PAN.

Pan card — NON RECEIPT OF CARD AND POOR SERVICES

Sir,
I had applied for issue of a fresh card on 02 Jun 09 at your office at Pratap Bhavan, 5, BSZ Marg, New Delhi. I was told that the card would reac me in 20 days, since the card was not delivered & the web site was indicating 'Not Found' I once again visited the said office on 01 Jul where I was informed that the card has been despatched & that I should enquire from the courier company. I was given the details of the despatch / contact no of the said company. On ringing up the no several times, I was told to contact one Mr. Hussain on his mobile. I am sorry to say that it would be easier to get thru' to the President of India than getting thru' to this person for he is ever engaged or does not attend to the calls. When I reverted back to the no given by your office they are most discourteous for after hearing my side of the story, they simply hangup. The situation is so precarious that I have my doubts if I would ever be able to get my card. Frankly speaking I am apprehensive of any worth while rsult/response to this mail for the site indicates that ther are 2421 complaints on this company.
Notwithstanding the above I am sending the mail for what ever it is worth. The details are as follows:-

Pan card — Non Dilvery

I applied for new PAN CARD. Which is not delivered on my given Address. but online enquiry syestem of Income Tax (Pan Card) showing that my courier is delivered on my permanent Address. But courier sarvice is not on my palace. my important for us. Please short out my problem. otherwise i will claim on Expressit Courier worldwide courier Co. ltd. & i am trying to call 25sep to this courier Co.since last one month but no budy picked thier phones. my no [protected] , my airway no [protected].

Pan card — Non-delivery of Pan card.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a PAN card last two years before
but did not get it yet.My PAN No. is generated long before two years but I did not
receive the card still now.Such a long delay compels me to think that the we are living in a developing
country, developed country or under developed country. Moreover the concerned department's officials
have no shame to show their attitude of non-working and instead behaving in such way that they have
done a great favour by accepting my PAN application and by generating the PAN No. only.

So, please do the needful asap to improve the scenario.

Pan card — Regarding the delivery

MY airway bill no. [protected] is still not delivered in the following address 35/C,N.S.Road Rishra Hooghly.pin-712248(W.B).
When i check the status it is written could not locate the address, what's the reason behind that.For the further asssistance please call me on this no.[protected]

C.G.G.F. – 1986 was purchased in the name of BIDISHA MANDAL,
Cer. no.[protected] dt-8.5.1990 for 500 unit by Smt. Malabika
Mandal. ARS Bond issued ID No[protected], cer.No[protected] for 662
no. & 36025247 for 300 no. (ID are same) Mrs. Anjana Roy, officer,
UTI, Kolkata told that (11.2.09) name of the unitholder has been
changed & it is on D’mat account. Representation given on 12.2.09,
2.6.09, 1.7.09.It is mysterious that without any intimation to the
applicant how UTI allow this? Request for proper investigation &
payment with interest & non payment interest @ 18% from 1.4.09.
should be made in favor of Bidisha Mandal.

Pan card — Non delivery of Pan Card

I have applied three pan card before 10 days. Your company has these pan card for delivery bill No. [protected] ...... Today the delivery man call me by phone for delivery these pan cards. I told him the proper address. He told me that i am coming with in 10 minuts. But till this time at about 7:00 pm he did not come. Actually he demanded Rs. 30/- for each pan card. Dear Sir, It is totally wrong. The delivery man will return these pan card with in one or two days and the card will come by speed post after 15 days or a month. I can not give the Bill No. of two pan Card but all of three pan card which was my own address :
