REf: ULIP ACCOUNT NO.[protected] MEMBERSHIP NO.[protected] INVESTOR I.D.[protected] The above policy has matured in February, 2008. Option form recei ved very late becuase of change in my address. I have already sent the option form duly filled in July, 08 alongwith details of change in address to UTI Mutual Fund (UTI-ULIP) Navi Mumbai. As per their reply, the same details were sent to M/s. Karvy Computer Share, Hyderabad. M/s. Karvy informed vide letter dated 11.9.2008 stating that the balance o[censored]nits in my account is nil, whereas I have not received any payment. My saving account details which were already given to ULIP & M/s. Karvy are as below:- Savings Account No. 10609, Corporation Bank, Sector-14, Gurgaon MICR No.[protected]. On receipt of M/s. Karvy's letter dated 11.9.2008, I have immdiately sent a letter by Speed Post, asking them to check their system and arrange to make the payment of maturity amount urgently. A.S. UTI ULIP POLICY — Not receiving of UTI ULIP mutual fund premium amount.
I have deposited Rs-10000/-(by cheque)against my uti ulip mutual fund premium on 05/10/2007 throughUTI bank, Haldia.When I asked to UTI ULIP office they are telling no amount has been deposited in your policy account.Again when I asked to uti bank they are telling we have already deposited Rs-10000/- but after that what happened we are not responsible.Till today I am not geting the solutioN . Pl. help me.

I have deposited Rs.3, 000.00 as contribution to my ULIP on 21 Jan 2009, as last premium, for the policy matures on march 2010. But the last contribution was completed with the earlier deposit. Till now i have not received my Rs.3, 000.00 back.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for the needful.
