my PAN NO IS ANRPK1880A. The name is wrongly printed as KUNTAPALLY VENKATASRAMNA. The actual name is KUNTAPALLY VENKATA RAMANA.

I have applied for correction of name . The coupon no is[protected]. The status is underprocess. The name is again noted wrongly contrary to the name in application.

Pl take my name as KUNTAPALLY VENKATA RAMANA in the new card to be issued

courier docket no BLR[protected] booked on 02.05.2012 addressed to Pune is not delivered even as on today. My transaction of 10 lakhs is lost because of this. Please compensate me. Also the response to my earlier complaint is not answered by the courier company.

I M.Nandha kumar from thiruverkadu . i am applied PAN CARD on 19th Apr yet now i cant receive PAN number and PAN CARD . This is important to my carrier because i am selected in infosys (BPO) . He asked to PAN CARD is MANATARY . Please understand my situation next thrusday 17th night i am going to mysore for infosys(BPO) traning send my PAN CARD as soon as possible.

I have applied for correction in my pan card i.e. in place of my fathers name my name has been wrongly mentioned Hence I have applied for correction vide application coupon No.[protected] on dt.17/07/2012 my PAN is AGYPM 8143J .On verification from your side it is showing verification pending.I have also contacted over phone 4 to 5 times but of no use .

Further once again I request yo to kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch my pan card .As I am facing problem in each and every place due to wrong in my fathers name .

I have recieve my pan number BQNPS5317N in the month of December 2008, but in my card my Initial that is B.R is left out & my fathers name is written incorrectly. It is written RANGEGOWD but his correct name is RANGEGOWDA B.C & my DOB mentioned is 19/08/1984 where as it is 19/08/1981
