[Resolved] Veena Packers And Movers — Deficiencies in Services

This movers and packers completely ruined my days and money. 1. The luggage was finally loaded in Truck No MH43-F 3948. It was already agreed and only on that condition I have ready to accept the contract that the truck will not be changed in between. The luggage will reach in the same truck where it has been loaded. However, the luggage has not reached to me in the same truck. I am not sure how many times the material has been unloaded and loaded in the trucks. I have received my material in Truck No :WB23A-5516. 2. The truck was loaded on 16th January 2009 (Friday) With the commitment that the truck will reach the destination by Thursday or maximum by Friday (23rd January 2009) However, I have received the truck only on 28th January 2009. 3. There is no communication to me regarding the whereabouts of the truck. Even after calling to various persons, either the phone was not lifted or some misleading replies were given. . 4. Finally on 28th January, got a call from Driver of the truck that the is reaching to the place. No labour was there with the truck. Came to know from the driver that Veena packers does not have any office in Kolkata. However, on one call I got the response saying that the luggage is delayed because the Kolkata office is closed due to holidays and they are not getting Labour to unload the truck. Finally, the truck driver himself with the help of his helper unloaded the luggage without taking care of anything. Whether it is crockery or plastic, no matter for them. 5. Most of the cartoon in the truck was in broken condition. Material was lying outside cartoons. No proper place even for breakable material. 6. Finally, I found that the my Activa Honda two wheeler is missing from the Truck. I have no communication regarding this. When contacted again, I was told that as the papers were not there with him, it could not be delivered along with the truck. However, it was confirmed at the time of loading that as the scooter is going inside the truck, no papers are required for the same. With the worst experience I faced with Veena Packers, I thought it is worth keeping the scooter there instead of getting in Kolkata, I send the document and keys to my friend who went to collect the scooter from your storage house. Surprisingly, he was charged for storage for scooter. Even though it was clearly a mistake of yours, I had to bear the expenses and pains. Sir, I completely understand your frustration. This company is worst and should not be relied upon at all. They are highly unprofessional. They are slightly cheaper but that cost saving is much less than the telephone itself for the followups, and I am not even talking about the mental stress! Too late for me and you also, but I hope others take note of this and avoid Veena Packers and Movers. Surprised that they claim Reliance, ONGC to be their clients. Somebody should actually verify this.

Hi- we have shifted our car from Vashi on Dec 31st, 2011 to chennai. Till now we have not received the car, as we call them they are not picking up the calls and the so called truck driver says paper of some other car has not come and they are waiting in the bangalore border. please can somebody suggest what can be done

I am strongly agreeing with u ppl i have booked veena packers for to transport my four wheeler from Mumbai to Chennai on 30.12.2011 and still i am struggling to reach any one of the veena packers phone ..if phone is ringing no one picking it up or no numbers is correct. I have finalized that all the numbers in their website even website itself is an fraud. I tried to call the website mentioned numbers none is the result some nos. switch off or out of coverage or wrong number.. my vehicle cost 3.5 Lac i am worrying heavily by doing great mistake in my life that is fixing car transport with veena packers and movers. High lighted thing is that they will give u any one's number as he is a truck driver he wont reply anything wat u required simply he say ahh ahh..kuch bhi sunai nahi tera aap veen packers wale se Baath Karo...just the same word he will repeat again and again ... i[censored] say something like complaining to police station or coming with police he will reply u car/house hold is on the border o[censored]r location what the destination we have told to them.. but after 1 wk u wont get any result again need to call him he will reply no papers are with me so goods cannot enter into ur state...even though if we provided all the papers they leave it any where simply and say u bring the paper to veena office they will fax it to me..i[censored] delay means i cant do anything tats the statement will be finally given by him... i have told him that pls tell me in which border u r staying that i will come and pick my car / goods kya kya bole raha hai...aap baar baar call math karo jab mein pounchunga kuth call karunga...i have no belief my vehicle will be deliver in good condition or deliver with out any fraud ... so finally i have lodged a police complaint against Veena Packers so i[censored] ppl interest join with me who ever mentally and physically stressed by veena packers...

I am requesting u ppl pls. pls. dont go to veena packers as they cheap ... pls analysis the packers before u loading ur items for shifting...

Very strange all the 2 complaints above and mine now 4th have 1 thing in common

this veena packers keeps the vehicle and says that paper are not complete and then makes you cry for your vehicle

We shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore..They dont have there own trucks and just take it on rent from truck owners
The stuff arrived and found 1 carton and scotter missing
On asking it was told that scotter paper is not complete
i send him the paper
Still waiting after 30 days
Does not pick the phone now
We filed police complaint...he is not afraid of anything

PLEASE PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS VEENA PACKERS - RAVI AND SAILESH

I Have been cheated with this fraud companyVeena Movers and Packers, Especailly the guy Amit Kumar for Badarpur, Delhi .This guy was NO1 cheater and big theif and fraud guy. They have aggred for Rs 4000 for my luggage.Later when i called after 6 days about my lagguage they are asking for double money.After paying extra money.Almost 30 days i received my luggage but, major goods are missing from my lagguge.

Can you help me out how can we get this guy and company to be kickedoff with legal notification.

with reference to belti # 78087, dated 03.11.12, I have booked a TVS Scooty, Pep+, from Kalyan west to Raichur, Karnataka for my daughter. Till date it has not reached/given. Mr. Ravi Singh came and picked up Scooty and told me, will send it within 4/5 days. 8-days gone, no reply, phone call or any message. I never seen such crazy people. I will suggest people to make sure n see the details of the vendors or M & P . I'm in tense, whether n when I will get my Scooty. I will wait for another 2/3 days, than file FIR in police station with legal adviser.

I agree with the review .. I could have seen these review and discussions before taking his service
I had taken a service of veena movers and packers to move my home baggage from Mumbai to Bangalore . He promised to deliver it on time and in good condition . For that he also charged INR 1000 on the name of insurance from Bajaj Alliance. I booked it on 30th may 2014 and asked him to deliver it on 15th June (Sunday ). He delivered items on 16th June 2014 however I found following problem

1> Two boxes was missing (1. Home theater and 2. Other home stuff )
2> All the boxes were opened and numbers mentioned on the boxes were not same which he added during the packing
3> He sent my table & showcase without packing and it was broken.
4> My both shoe racks was broken.
5> My helmet is missing .
6> I also paid for insurance but he never gave me any document for the same
7> Finally he started ignoring my call . and switched off his number

Person I was in contact and he came to pack my home stuff – sailesh mob – [protected]
Occasionally there one more person used to talk Ravi -[protected]
He also gave a number of a person called Naresh [protected]

They are thieves. Horrible to the core. The biggest blunder I made was that I went thru shipler instead of my regular Agrawal movers. They come with inadequate packing material. They just cannot pack your stuff in a day. They took 2 days to pack my stuff. The goods have been shipped from Mumbai on 26th June. I am yet awaiting its arrival at Pune even now nervously.
DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE EVEN IF THEY AGREE TO DO IT FOR FREE.
