[Resolved]  Videocon Colour Television — bad service issue

Dear Sir,

I purchased the videocon colour tv in 2007.i made a complaint(complaint no:AGR[protected]) to videocon customer care for screen shot probelm in the tv on 09.01.2010.Once someone came from service centre to resolve the problem but still there is same problem.I had giving daily reminder to videocon cutomercare since 10.11.2010.but there is no response from their side.

Videocon Television — No Issue

We don't have complaint we just say thanks to videocon ,
Beacuse within 48 hrs my called is resolved such a great response from videovon

Videocon — Bad customer care service

Dear Sir,
Now it's time to say that videocon TV division has the worst customer care service. I purchased a flat TV Model no. CTV SS20-1200, Set serial no.[protected] on 25.04.08 from Danapur, Patna. In Aug.2008 our TV broke down which was intimated to the customer care service at Boring road, Patna. The customer care service sent a reprentative on 23rd Aug. who after evaluation told us that the EC of the TV has given way & required to be replaced. With a promise to come prepared for the repair the next day the man never returned & even refused to give his contact no when asked for. Now its 1st Oct 2008, more than a month has passed with at least 9- reminders the customer care division has been totally insensitive to the request. The only reply we get is that somebody will visit our place by evening than the next day & this series continues. Now I'm fedup & planning to take the matter to the consumer forum. I will wait for a response from the company for another 24 hrs & if the problem is not sorted out take legal cource thereafter. My complain no 6D[protected] in Aug. & 6D[protected] in Sept 2008.
I m also facing the problem regarding my LCD sice last 3 months

Television — TV is not working

We have compalaint to M/s Sangam Electronics Six Road Budaun(U.P) who is yours authorised dealer on 7/09/2009 showing him reason that The Said TV stopped suddenly performing. But by the time now we have got no response from thier side to repair the said Item.

colour television — regarding after sales service

Dear ,sir/ madam

since last 12 yeras i am using samsung product, including televison,washing machine,music system etc. i was having problem with my tv ,for that i lodge a complaint personaly at your HALDWANI,NAINITAL(UTTRAKHAND) centre on dated 01.09.2009 with complaint numberN9I0122,but service engineer turn up after 15 days of cmplaint and he check tv and inform me that IC is not working. since then number of times i call them but there response and service is very poor . stilll after 27 days of my complaint my tv is not working.
although samsung is renowned for its service but for me it is sorry to say you that i am not gttting that service. i am also planning to buy a new tv but due to this service i have to rethink my decision for samsung.

Videocon Colour Television — After sales service TV not working

I have registered a complaint in videocon customer care on 18 feb 2010 with complaint no. GUR[protected]. Inspite of repeated complaints and regressive followup to repair the TV videocon is not responding. At last one of my friends suggested me to lodge a complaint at https://www.consumercomplaints.in. I believe this may push videocon to repair/replace my TV and i should not be punished for becoming a vediocon customer.
For the last 20 days inspite of my busy schedule i need to make repeatative calls to videocon customer care to get the updates on my lodged complaints. this is only like a punishment to me. Have i done something wrong by showing my faith in videocon products? Videocon need to respond immediately.

I had bought Kenstar water purifier. It was working fine till the time, i got paid service from authorized service center by Videocon (Kenstar). The person they sent for the service was not trained and therefore some part of the water purifier got problem while servicing. I had to pay the amount for the part. Thereafter every now and then, water purifier is having issues, some of the times, it stops water flow, some time there is problem with lights ... and so on. Each time you call guy from service center, they ask you 150 Rs service charges on every visit. The only option I am left with is to throw the water purifier in junkyard as I see that these issues are not going to end. I don’t see any sense in making the payment to service center, when they are not equipped with better staff. DONT buy a by Videocon /Kenstar) product if you are looking for after sales service. The service are pathetic, the staff doesn’t have manners to speak with customer, they would even go to extend o[censored]sing abusive language.

Despite of my reminders to customer care, nothing is happening. Customer care doesn’t have time to see the problems faced by their customers.
