[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — BAD SERVICE

I am not able to see programme on my Videocon d2h since 6th August, 2011. I am very unhappy of service that any time of cloudy condition its service failed but my balance is reducing.
Why I will suffer for your bad service. As other product like Tata Sky or Airtel Digital have no such problem
Yesterday I call the customer care but they reply that our server is slow and they couldn’t register my complain.

Within one month I got many problems in program working on the set top box of this company. Every time they take charges more than the charges witch should actually taken by company. Even set top box is property of company not ours. Still for changing set top box they are charging some amount. They take whole years payment at once and still they are not providing good service. Our 22 society members have taken connection at same time still they are putting pressure on single member to pay the charges. And providing free service to other members.
Dear sir, I buy one referigerator of videocon (170..lit..)in village kharora in the way of raipur tilda.i drop a complaint in service centre on 13/5/09.But technician has never response it, and fill the job sheet due to some wrong address reason.After that i rewrite the complaint on 27/5/09 the complaint no. is RAI-[protected].its given by the service centre.I hav call many times in service centre but there is no any one to respond it.
I have purchased VSF 501 DIGITAL MP3 3D - SURROUNDING - PROTABLE SYSTEM & 4 WAY PROTABLE SYSTEM, BUT REIGT NOW I HAVE MISS MY REMOTE. SO CAN YOU SUGGEST ME WHAT TYPE OF VIDEOCON MADE REMOTE WE WILL PURCHASE FROM VIDEOCON DEALER.

I am custumer of videocon d2h from last 5 months, My cust id is 1602201 and register mob. no is [protected]. my videocown setup box got software upgration error and switched off from 25.06.2010 to till date. i have register compaint to videocon customer care 15 times to solve this problem but only they register complaint and give me complaint register number and tell me we will ressolve this problem soon. i have tired to register my complait to videocon d2h cust.care. and i have no hope to solve this problem from videocon .

we are not gettint good signal since last two and half month of vedocon D2H,not evan a ful movie we have seen in the last two and half month.when we complaint to the customer care they reply that its a normal probom of rainy seasion and they are trying to solv it. but as allrady 2 months have passed no increment is their in the reception.Now a days after askinbg the product no by tlephonic reception they are dissconnecting the phone.i am faid up with the 3rd class service and product of the compny.
if in rainy seasion they are not able to provide good signel then why they are charging the customer so hig charges.

This is the product i will not suggest any one to take ......keep away from it.

i have received a service for refrigerator on 24 June 2010 for its no cooling service .in which the VIDEOCON engineer came and take Rs 2700/- moreover he avail us the guaranty of 18 months whose receipt is 231 dated 24 June 2010, (Veer electronics.Delhi)

But due to your failure service I have faced troubles regarding the no cooling service of refrigerator. starting from 22 June 2010 to 01 February 2012 I have applied bag full of complaints but i have not received any answer back.

From 22 June 2010 I want all the details for the action taken till now and i want my compressor and my Rs 2700 /- back with needed compensation

Yesterday (7/9/2013), morning 5 AM I switched on my TV and found that D2H is not working, it showed some downloading software and I called customer care, they told me to call after 7.30 to register a complain. I do not understand why a 24X7 customer care cannot register complain before 7.30?

Then I called again on 7.30 and the person received the call and asked me the problem, I explained to him around 12 times the problem, but he continuously keeps on asking me what is the problem. A person sitting on customer service desk doesn’t knows the company system and problems, very ridiculous. Then he transferred my call to supervisor and he then understood the problem and registered complaint with work order no. 19085629

Then again I called on 3.30 pm and was informed that my problem is marked as resolved and upon asking who instructed them to resolve it they said that I myself did it. I asked them to provide me a proof of I said it and then they do not have any answer. Then they again registered a new complaint. This time in the name of God engineer came finally to my home at 5.30 and replaced STB saying the earlier is damaged and informed to keep the TV switched ON and it resume within an hour but as expected from Videocon it didn’t.

I again called to the engineer mobile and he told me to wait further and nothing progressed. I then again called customer care and they told that the box is showing replaced in their records as well but it is not activated yet. Now they again registered a new complaint and again said that it will take next 8 working hours to someone to look into it.

I again called the engineer and he gave me the office number person Prashant who informed that it is a back end problem and cannot say when it will be resolved. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED AND WHAT IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE VIDEOCON IS PROVIDING. MY TV IS STILL NOT WORKING.

DUE TO THIS I FACED:

1) LOTS OF MENTAL HARRASMENT
2) UNNECESSARY MOBILE BILLS
3) LOSS OF TIME
4) MONEY FOR YESTERDAY GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY VIDEOCON ACCOUNT WHEREAS IT DID NOT WORKED DUE TO YOUR BAD SERVICE

PLEASE ARRANGE ASAP TO GET MY STB BACK TO WORK AND WHAT ABOUT ABOVE LOSSES?

I would like to inform you that I am valuable customer of your products from last few years. But now at a time I m not satisfied with one product related with D2H services. My customer id is 97381876 and smart card number is [protected]. I am totally faid up with this service because it’s not work properly. My account is already recharge with 6 month pack but my connection is discontinue due insufficient balance. When I call the customer care then he told me that your service charge (executive visit) is pending. I am afraid??? how it is possible because no one visit at my home.

Please look this matter and resolve as soon as possible.

Videocon India — Service not satisfactory

Dear Sir, I have bought an A.C and it is not working properly. person who has come for service are not able to solve the problem properly.
