[Resolved] Videocon Mobile — Too much issues in this phone | |||
Hi My name is Abhishek Kumar and I am user of Videocon V1750 mobile. There are lot of issues in this mobile which i faced in 2 months and every time i have to rush to service center an sit for 2 hours leaving my jobs. I have also made a complaint in consumer "https://www.consumercomplaints.in/my-complaints.htmlvideocon-mobile-c367586.html" this is the link for my previous complaint. When I made this complaint then Videocon person started my process and i got my mobile. After some days there was some problem with Mic then again i have to go to Service Center and wasted my two hours. After this issue there was again some problem with camera button and again I have to service center and wasted my 3 hours between my job and the Service center guy never issued any Job Sheet. Now there is a new problem with this phone that when i connect charger and if any call comes in between it shows a Warning "Over Battery Temperature" I am afraid it might not get burst some day. Again I contacted to Videocon Care and the customer care person says that you need to take mobile to Service Center again. Videocon Mobile — horrible services
Hi There,Bought a New Mobile videocon 1405 (IMEI:[protected])from Chennai mobiles on 17th August with in 2 days 2 white lines on LCD popped up,spoke to customer care and they convinced me to give it to "Accel Front line- coimbatore",its almost 20 days now i have not got back the mobile now and the reason they give in Service center is the spares did not come from Videocon,when i spoke to videocon customer care thrice they said they will call me back but no followups so far,still the part is pending from their end,now i am planning to dragg them to consumer court,i have the following information.
1)Bill i got from chennai mobile,
2)Charge sheet number (cbe-vg[protected]dw)
3)Case numbers (abh[protected]_IB,suc[protected]_IB) given by videocon,
Please let me know if anything else is required to lauch a legal complaint about them.
I request to you my vidiocon mobile no - v 1655 not working properly i buy mobile 15/9/10 and last one month mobile in service center he told me replesment not possible now so tell me how many days for replesment .
Videocon Mobile — Bad Mobile and Service
Sir,On 18th October, 2010, I purchased a Videcon Mobile, V1422. After three days of purchasing, it shows the complaint that the battery is not charged full. On 23rd October, mobile is dead.
They said, its the complaint of battery and replaced the it ( it takes 6days). The next day shows an another complaint - Mobile Over Heating -( in stand by mode also).
After 10days of detailed study, the service center people discovered that, its the complaint of the BOARD and it takes time to replace.
I used this mobile only 5 or 6 Days.
Still it in the Service Centre..

More than 3 times i given the mobile in service center each an every time they telling board problem we will replace the board ... i started using this Videcon Qruz, the operating system is too slow, when i type a msg it ll take 3 to 4 seconds to display very bad, and now i m haivng prob with the charger i have given in serivce center, now already 40 days passed no status nothing, i am really fed by calling service center ppl everyday...i really hate pls help me if you can

Please DO NOT Purchase any Videocon Mobile Handsets !!!
I am already blaming myself for my decision to buy it :-( Its quality is same as china moble and Service Centers are very lazy and not well equipped takes Months to repair.
Within 3 months of buying it Its motherbord got damaged automatically and Service center guyes are saying its not covered under warranty and need to pay 70%price of phone to replace it.
So DONT buy it at all !!

This is sreenadh, hyderabad, my mobile (V1425 QRUZ)charger isnot working . Every time i went to service center they told me stock is not avilable. All these servece centers are worest service there is no one isnot responding proprly .([protected])Still im wating last one month .

Then once my mobile was kept for 20 days with service center saying the connector needs to be changed.after changing the connector also problem was not solved. Now they are saying there is some internal problem which technician is unable to find we need to check the set internally. Still whats the issue I don't know. I want the replacement of the handset since its in warranty. If video-con technician are unable to sort it out they can happily keep my hand set and do the R & D, I don't mind but they should give it in writing that only I want.
