Hey I Am Ankeit I have purchase a videocon sim last 28/6/2010. after recharge of 96 (Unlimited Internet plan) rupees but there poor internet facilite and every 30 to 50 second my internet is disconnected. customer cares are never help me. they tell me. the problem in your network tower. but that is not my problem. i have tried customer care almost 100 to 125 times but same thing. please help me very soon. I think the government should band such network. The service is pethatic. Also i paid 1 rupee for sms even after they have plan of first sms to be 1 rupee and other 1 paisa per day

Videocon Mobile — SECOND NEW MOBILE AGAIN COMPLAINT
Dear sir,I buy one videocon mobile VC 1425 on 17.06.10.After that i gave my mobile for repairing on 26.07.10. Then i wait more than 2 months, then also i am not received my mobile. After giving many complaints and after talking to MR.PAVAN then he replaced my mobile with new one. After completion of one month till the new mobile also came the complaint.After that i once again gave my mobile for repairing on 08.11.10. Till now the mobile is not came. So that now i want to give notice to the service centres and dealer.

I bougth Videocon SIM Card two months back and submitted my all address proof documents. Suddenly without any intimation they are disabled my incoming and outgoing calls last 3 days. Still they are not enabled my connection whenever I called they told within 4 hours will be activated...

I brought a Videocon GSM Sim card on 22nov. 2010 with an offer of 3months free videocon to videocon for 80Rs/-
First I was facing network issues then they discontinued my number in December 1st week saying Negative address verification and no address proof again I re-submitted the documents I called customer care 6times but no response then I contacted the nodal office and asked for an Immediate response they said they will solve the issue in 48 hours but it took 5days to start my number
now again on 8th January 2011 the network was not there indicating Inactive SIM after following the Customer are and the Mira road Golden Nest planet M Office
The contact person at that time said that it will surely be fixed within 48hours till day end of Tuesday the end office team will look into it, but no follow-up on it or no response from their side
after calling them they told now it will be done till Friday end.
Still they say that Address has not been verified, thats why it is showing INACTIVE SIM
This is really pathetic VIDEOCON MOBILE SERVICES ARE RUNNING A SCAM THEY ARE OFFERING SERVICES WHICH ARE OUT OF SERVICE MOST OF THE TIME, CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE NOT DO THE PERSON IN THE GALLERY.
THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO SUCH FRAUDS WHICH CLAIMS TO BE A GOOD NETWORK AND SERVICE PROVIDER.
