Should I go to the media & file a case to resolve this. Don't think that this is a small issue. Once your reputation is down then it is very difficult to create again. When a product goes for repair two times within a year, how you expect it as a quality product? Regarding this when I called Home shop 18, they told that low costs products will have such problems. Here I spoke with Mr Praveen at bangalore, but there is no result. Now I want my money back. Awaiting for early reply. If the matter is not solved by Monday (06 Aug 2012) then it will go to media about your quality. Home shop 18 invoice no - BAR/09201/44153 DT 12 SEP 2011.
