LAST YEAR DIWALI . meri t.v. 2ya 3 month ke baad kharab hoo gai maine costumer care per complen likhwai the aur t.v. warenty peried main thee par abhe tak sahi nahi hui hai kareeb teen 3 month hoo gaiyi hai abee tak sahi nahi huyi hai main kya karoo jab bee phone karta hoo too bolte hai ki humne aap ki complane foorwerd kar di hai please t.v. ko jaldi sahi karwaye nahi to main consumer cort main jaunga .vill. chainpura teh. kathumar dist. alwar state rajasthan mob. no. is [protected] and tel. phone numb. is [protected]

This is ishika i have registered the complaint for my videocon tv 4 days back around no body rang me up or came to us for rectification kindly request to u plz look in to this matter on priority basis and give me proper time frame when it will be attended becoz now my tv is totally been dead still it's in warranty period i bought last year 2007 on oct month i really disatisfied for your service atleast your engg should call me up. My complaint no is [protected] where my mobile no [protected] .

i have given a plasma t.v (approx 51inch).
the t.v is with them for 8 month, i am asking they are saying for 8 month that i am not getting the spare part of t.v.
now what to do

Sir, I am using videocon TV model 5127R it contains three bands VHF-L, VHF-H & UHF while tuning in VHF-L & VHF-H the channel viewing perfectely. while tuning UHF band the channel not viewing perfectly. Please give me correct information how to solve this problem

the respond from the service centre so poor.i had registered a complaint on[protected], still now no progress.they had called also but nobody came from the service centre

I lodged a complaint on 26/05/2010 reg complaint of my automatic washing machine model No.k-5500 purchased on[protected] from philips agencies, c s i commercial centre, kottayam, your authorised Dealer. I got two calls from them telling their arrival, but none has come and corrected the complaint. My further efforts to contact them failed. Will you please help me?
