[Resolved]  Videocon V1675 — Company Cheating to customers

I have Purchased a videocon V1675 mobile on 23/04/2010 as it is mentioned that it is a Dual Sim Dual Standby phone and if i am busy on Sim1 i will get calls on Sim2 but it is not happening. i have checked on Videocon website and V1675 brouchure there also they have mentioned that it will work.

I have asked in their service centre and they say that it wont work.

If this is the way companies are going to cheat customers how will one trust anyone.

Below is the whole document written in Videocon V1675 Manual. And i have also attached the snap shot of Videocon Website Glossary where they have mentioned what do they mean by Dual Sim Dual Standby.

Your phone support dual SIM cards, allowing you to use two different phones numbers on one mobile phone.
Dual Standby mode
Get incoming call alerts for the second SIM card while talking on the first one. To enable the Dual SIM mode: Press Main MenuSettings Dual SIM Settings and press Dual SIM Active. However, if you wish to be reachable only on one SIM, choose Only SIM1 Active or Only SIM2 Active. To be able to use your handset whilst in an aircraft, press Flight Mode to restrict the device’s capacity to place or receive calls or text messages ; while still permitting use of other functions that do not require signal transmission, such as Camera,.
