further FYI - the kenstar dry iron (free gift with filter), is also not working, yesterday we have opened the new pack of iron which we have recd with water filter is also useless, this is strange that all the products from videocon is absolutely useless, you plz send your concern person to verify the issues & lookinto the matter urgently.

this is refer to our long followup of the complaint from the very first day of purchase, after very long time we have got the call from your person that filter has been repaired & you may collect from the dealer (why repaired when its a brand new product). On Friday, we have collected the same from the dealer & FYI when we were going to install it at home, the ceramic white ball (filter) was SO DIRTY (black finger spots) & BROKEN also, again not able to use.

dear, as u know there are so many branded well known water filters available in the market, but when videocon launched a new product we bought videocon just because of the reputation & quality of the company but unfortunately our experience is very bad, a product we have bought & used not a single day.

Hi

This is to inform you that we have bought a Kenstar water filter (Bio Sure) from your dealer M/s Super Electronics, 324/15, Main Road, Jacubpura, Sadar Bazaar, Gurgaon, Haryana on 25.04.10 vide bill no 6354 (TIN No [protected] dated 24.06.87) but the product is not working from very first day & we have registered the complaint at your customer care vide ref no GUR [protected] dated 27.04.10, its attended by your executive but the problem is still there we have not even used the filter single day, after that day we are continuously trying to complaint at your customer care but not getting through. We have called at least 15 times to dealer & also visited 3 times for complaint & the dealer also ensure us for the solution. After left our patience, today we have leaved the product at dealer shop along with your free gift (Kenstar Iron) because of no use. This kind of after sales service from the company like Videocon was not expected. Kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.
