[Resolved]  Vinod Kumar — ECS problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a policy (Policy no.[protected], Lifetime super (From ICICI Prulife), for which I decided to pay the installments through (Through ECS),
As per PNB Sec. 14 Branch (Sonepat) (Branch code 1457) and according to my bank statement the ECS for the month of August was deducted on 18-08-09 but I got a massage from ICICI that the payment has not been made. Reason was no sufficient fund. But on 11th sufficient amount was there in my account.
Now I visited to PNB local branch, they said clearly, ''AAP HAME BATAYE HAME KYA KARNA HAI, JO AAP KAHENGE HAM VO KAR DENGE, JAISA HI PAISA AAPAKA VAAPAS AAYEGA, HUM AAPKE ACCOUNT MEIN DAAL DENGE, HAMEIN ABHI TAK PAISA NAHI MILA HAI''.
Means “You tell us what we should do, we will submit your money immediately as we will get.
What should i do now; it has already been more then7 months, Please look into the matter seriously

vinodh — passport

i have apply passport in 01/12/2010 & i don't get passport now, i send MSG to passport enquirer number there is no response.
pls send a MSG when i get my passport soon.

I Vinod Kumar File no.ASRz12063911 hereby request that i have applied for passport on date[protected].application Date shown on your website is[protected].I have submitted all required documents.
after that i have been asked to submit date of birth proof again on[protected] and i have submitted it again as per your requirement on date[protected].but still i am getting message on your website 'it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and now will be dispatched in a week's time' but its been a week earlier.so please tell me how much time it will take to dispatch of passport.its very urgent to me.so please kindly comlete my task as soon as possible i shall be very thankfull to you.
