[Resolved]  Virgin GSM — Worst Service

Hi,
I'm Saravanan My *Virgin Mobile GSM* no. is *[protected]*,

I lost the SIM and I blocked it on 16/11/2011. I was informed that I can get a duplicate SIM on that number in TATA TVH.

When I asked in the Tata stores, they said that there is no stock available.It will be available only in TATA head office at silicon terrace, Koramangala, Bangalore.

After searching all the stores at last 0n 26/11/2011 I asked in the TATA head office in Koramangala, Bangalore. But I didn't got a good response.

After contacting number of persons in the office at last the person in the counter told that there is* no Duplicate Virgin SIM* and *no
more Virgin Mobile service available*. I was shocked and frustrated for choosing the service.

On 28/11/2011, I sent mail to the *Virgin Nodal officer* (nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com), regarding the issue, but till now i didn't get any response for my mail.

On 28/11/2011 I contacted the nodal officer in the number [protected], made a compliant and my interaction no. is [protected],
they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs.

On 02/12/2011 I contacted nodal officer no. [protected], I was informed that the SIM will be available the head office.

On 03/12/2011 I contacted the head office, there is no good response. They again said that the SIM is not available, my call was escalated to a
higher officer there, they said that they will call back in 30 mins after checking. but I didn't received any call yet.

Again I contacted the nodal officer in the number [protected], and made the compliant again they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs, and update me after resolving the issue. But till now I didn't get any call.

I also contacted the Appellate Authority in the number [protected], But the number was switched off.

On 05/12/2011 I contacted contacted nodal officer no. [protected], again they are saying the same answers repeatedly and they assured that they will get back to me with in that day. But no response again.

I also sent mail to [protected]@virginmobile.in, nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com ,appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com

I got the reply as below,

I also contacted the Applet Authority in [protected], but the number is switched off or not answering the call.
I also sent mail to the applet authority, no reply yet.

I was very frustrated, I have given this number ([protected]) as my contact number to all (including my bank account). I also had Rs 238 TT
Without the SIM I'm unable to Know about my bank transactions also.

Every time when I complaint, whoever picks call, says that they will call back in sometime, But I haven't received a single response call yet.

I was treated badly for choosing Virgin GSM service. I was also not informed about the Stopping of their service.

On 07/11/2011, I contacted the Nodal in [protected], to know the status of my compliant, but a lady responded me saying that the services to the number [protected] was completely stopped. Nothing can be done and you cannot get the number, Sorry.
I told that I was asking for that number from the past 3 weeks, you didn't have the duplicate SIM, then how can I get, she again nothing can be done.
get a new SIM.

Then I contacted Appellate Authority in [protected], A person from the Appellate team told me that he will try to activate the same number, and will get back to me with in the day. But Again there is no response from them.

Later again When I asked the Appellate Authority in [protected] regarding the number [protected], they said Its deleted from our Database, nothing can be done. get a new SIM. I also inquired about my compliant regarding the no stock of the Duplicate SIM, for that they said the Request is still open and we will resolve soon.

Regarding this worst service I have sent emails to ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) Deepak Gulati (Executive President - TATA Teleservices Ltd), But he also not yet replied to my email. Below is his assurance
" Your satisfaction with our services matters most to us. If our efforts do not meet your expectations,

I assure you of our prompt attention. "

Because of their lazy worst service I lost my valuable time last four weeks, the TT Rs.238 and the number [protected]. I was made to wait by giving false information and wrong promises. For all these they are saying this one word "Sorry".

For their mistake I was made to suffer. Will they accept if say sorry for anything. I paid money for the service, I didn't value for my money.

Please any body help me with the procedure to take legal action, I'm having all the communication details.

The service providers are in the very safer side, they don't loose their money.
we the customers paying money to use the service and loosing our money.
These Telecom operators suck customers blood and they are enjoying Luxury.

This TATA Network is the one among the worst service provider, they only look to cheat the innocent people.

Please everyone come forward to start campaign against this(TATA DOCOMO & VIRGIN GSM) worst service provider.
and to save the people who are using this network.

You are right man, even i am facing the similar kind of frustration, They really dont care about customer. In my case i have already submitted my documents 2 times. and even after that they barred my service . I talked to the customer care manager he assured that it wont get barred. and still it get barred. Its really worst service.
