[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G Dongle not working | |||
had purchaed Datacard of 3G and its no [protected] on 07//4/13. but it was activated on 11 /04/13.and paid Rs 1665/Rs mention the plan 250/Rs for 1G in coroperate plan. And also submitted the MTS Data card number [protected] of which amount Rs 300. will be deducated from on the next 3 month bills. Now as it is not working and there is no range in our area.so i want to discountine my service . Complaint no [protected] ( there is no network in this area.) and [protected] are raised in vodafone ,but no reply from there side. Let me know when you are sending executative to collect the dongle & also refund my full amount of Rs 1665/Rs.Along with my MTS dongle. Was this information helpful? | |||
