[Resolved] Vodafone — 3G Plan gets activated unjustly | |||
On 12:59 am, 27th june I activated vodafone 3g rs 45 plan, which gave me 150 mb of 3g usage. I finished the usage pretty quickly, then activated rs 250 plan at 2:27 pm on 27th june, which gave me 1gb of 3g data. After that I cancelled the rs 45 plan by sending, can mi45 to 144 at 1:59 am on 28th june. This however somehow disabled by rs 250 plan also, wasting my entire 1 gb of data. Using code *111#, it said that I was using no data plan. Since I wanted to browse internet immediately I activated another rs 45 plan at 2:02 am, 28 june. Today I called vodafone care to inquire why my 1gb plan was disabled,they said it was because I activated the rs 45 plan again. But I argued that the plan got deactivated before I activated rs 45 plan. Then they refused to help me further. Was this information helpful? | |||
