Vodafone 3G USB Stick — bill amount inaccurate

i have disconnected the service by filling in a disconnection form in voda store in vashi after 3 weeks of buying it. now i get a bill of 7000/- and claims that i have used way beyond my limit. it is really funny that the serfivce was diconnected by vodafone after 10 days of its initiation and claiming that i had used more. i'm thinking of filing a case in consumer court in this regards.

I complained about more than 20 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. To be very honest i got really good speed from last 2 years and then from 2 months the speed had depleted to a very bad speed. However i had been raising complaints since last one and half month, finally i got visit to the Vodafone store (DWARKA BRANCH ) i spoke to him. He committed to resolve the problem last Monday but its more than a week today and the problem is getting more worse
Speed what they have promised to provide n what they are providing is totally different, m only getting 12-20 kbps. This guys sucks. I have been suffred a lot due to their this stupid n non-professional approach. If any body out there who is reading this comment n have some authority please do me a favor. cancel the licence of this fraoud company cos they are playing fool with the people by making false commitments.

already i have written a complaint about 3g datacard and its late response, after so many visits of customer care now my usb datacard is working, but what they are claiming as 3g, its not at all presence there, in earlier i was having bsnl broadband with landline, it was reall good when compare to 3g, but vodafone advertisement shows its faster, smarter, better but please use the vodafone 3g datacad then you will realise why i complaints
