sir, we received a message that we won some money by mobile draw amount of 500, 00, 000 so money as gift your company may loss the good wheel in people u please avoid sending this massageVodafone — Customer care people don't provide Complaint number
I have taken a mobile number from vodafone, they have blocked out going calls because of non submission of documents.The documents have been submitted to the vodafone store and i am tired of going there and reminding them to submit my documents. There is nobody to look into the problem because vodafore executives in store say that they cant help and neither customer care people.
On calling customer care they dont generate a complain number! It is compulsory to provide a complain number as per TRAI rules.
Vodafone — customer care gives wrong info
Vopdafone customer care gives wrong information for GPRS activation. Till i am unable to connect GPRS & receive a settings. No one right law for mobile cellular service provider to serve a better sevices & also against complaints of service provider. I am also recharge a98 Rs. for GPRS actvation.
Vodafone CC — CC does not allow customers to record the call with them
Today I called Vodafone Customer Care. I generally used to record the call with any CC, to have a proof on the conversation. But the executive of Vodafone CC to whom I talked today, does not allow me to record the call. He is very stubborn that he can only give information only if I stop recording. I feel that this is not fair.Clement
Vodafone — no proper feedback from customer care people
customer care people says that v r made a call for tym pass ..what u think about i dont know we are not wasting ur tym we are wasting our time to talk with vodaphone customer care people from last two months onwards..
any way u people doesnt take any action on this

siri ave voda custemer lst 10 years.nw inmrng i ave recived a mssge frm voda the mssge is ur caller tune is active nd Rs 45/- deduct frm ur a/c. bt am nt any call or mssge to voda ffor regarding caller tune .so am call to voda custmer care on 111 15 tme for deacctivate nd am snd mssge to 111 or 144 tha voda custmer care gv me this no. bt avery tme reaply me u ave entered the worng key word.coz am a 52 year old nd voda acctivate caller tune wed romantic song so whn sme body call me nd thn he / she asked me wht is this .avery body mke me fool or laughfing on me thts is worng bt no body of custmer care of voda solve my prblm .
Vodafone — Vodafone customer care not resolving my problem, recurrently disconnect my call
Hi ! my name is Balaji Thevar, i am customer of Vodafone postpaid from near by 1/12 years now. from many days i keep on calling customer care contionusly to solve my problem that give me some better offers on same plan ie:- 200 minutes free calling , 30 ps per minute, 200 messages free. because other networks are offering me at same plan all d above facility. i spoke to Vodafone customer care people 2 weeks ago related same matter and they agreed & insure me that with in 3days they will activate all the mention facility on my Vodafone number - [protected]. but till date they didn't start any kind of facility on my num.And now when i am calling customer care people of Vodafone they are not at all co-operating with me, say's that it's all false we didn't promise such things, we will not offer you such facility an if you want you can walk out from our services and directly dis-connected the call & when i called them again they keep on dis-connecting my call again & again.
i want you take serious action against Vodafone, as this is the way to behave and talk with there customers and if they can't offer me such plan & facility on my number then why did they promise earlier to do. They are wasting my time and money both plus no mantely haresing me by disconnecting my call rapidly.
I hope you will take action against them as earlier as possible

Vodafone — disconnected my outgoing calls n msgs..
m nt able to connect my call n even cant msg..now when i gave customer care center they are telling that its bcoz of document verification,bt i dnt hve any prior notice abt it..m facing many problem..m lossin my clients call..so plz help me out for my loss in business.. my mobile no is [protected]..
Dear Sir: I am a customer for Vodafone Prepaid Tamilnadu: [protected] . Today I have a network problem, I am unable to make a outgoing call properly. So that I am contact to customer care. Miss Rathika agent attend my call, I am explain about my network issue, she hold my call more than 6 times. I am told my issue in every time. but she not give a proper answer. So that I am request to transfer my call to floor supervisor. Miss Susila attend my call, she take a complaint about my network issue, at the same time she give that number[protected] for my complaint number on[protected].54am. But I am received another complaint number from SMS that number is[protected] on[protected];49am. So that I am contact customer care, Mr. Rajan attend my call, I am request to check the two complaint numbers, but he ask this not a complaint number this a call reference number only. So that I am request him, take a complaint about my issue. But he ask to wait on line, he transfer the call to floor supervisor. but after 2min that call will be disconnected. I am try to contact to customer again to take a feedback about that complaint number, Rajan disconnected my call without proper information, But Mr. Vijay Floor supervisor not ready to take a feedback about that case. So that finally I am try to contact again but Miss. Lakshmi work as a agent, she attend the call, I am explain about my issue, but she also disconnected my call. Still now I have outgoing issue, Please help to take a complaint and resolve my issue.

i am customer — complaint of manager
dear sir/mademi was go, movie raaz_2 so i have complain to manager natraj adlabs in kota " that movie volume is too low.i call the manager and saw that increase movie volume than he come in cinema and he was very angry and he say to me some wrong words, and he had gone without lestion my complain.
