[Resolved]  Vodafone — Account is Active but not fully

Dear Support,

My cell number is [protected],
today i want to go for recharge for use this card, but its done, as vodafone shop .customer care executive said that its is inactive, as i contact one executive there that the same reply - he told that this card is suspended , but i show my name is theirs computer record,

i accept that i use this card after a long time but this is very bad experience with vodafone that for getting postpaid connection they are not giving me this card , they are not ready to give me this card,

then after i contact customer care executive by phone , as per him give all documents again at vodafone stores it will be surely activate again,
i contact again vodafone stores, but they are not ready with give me this card.

my request : i shows my name in that card with old records, still card is on my name co please activate my card.
i have my old Sim card , so please active my cell no, don't use more formalities to give me this card.

i like vodafone service , but this is the 1st time bad experience with vodafone.
i hope you will active my existing card as i would like use it with 3g service

waiting my favorable reply.

Hello Jatin,

As per government regulations w.e.f May 22, 2013, for connections without any usage (voice/video calls, Outgoing SMS, internet usage, VAS purchases with balance) for 90 days; following actions are liable to be performed by Vodafone for subscribers with less than Rs 20/- balance; all services will be deactivated pending payment of Reactivation Fee for a period of 15 days. Number will be disconnected on non-payment of said Fee within this period. For subscribers with more than Rs 20/- balance, Automatic Number Retention Scheme will be put into effect - Rs. 20 will be deducted and services will continue for 30 days. If there is no usage till the end of this period or may come into effect, depending on balance. You Vodafone number has not full filled the said requirement and number has been cancelled. We are unable to allocated the same number once again.

Vodafone — My sim card not getting active

i have reported the problem to local vodafone store 2 times

they have never took any action against this.

Vodafone — Outgoing not activated for 20 days

I am an existing Vodafone customer. My outgoing has been suspended coz of some delay in the payment.After I have done the payment I was told that Outgoing calls will get activated in 1 hours time. But my outgoing calls were not active for 20 days instead I got my next moth bill. When I personally went to the store "Vodafone Store, Plot No. 119, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune-411044, Landmark: Opposite Jaihind School" He activated the outgoing services when I asked him the reason for not activating there was no proper response insted he secastically telling "the person might has some personal probelms with you " and making fun of me. This is not the first time with Vodafone I have similar experience in the past.

i bought vodafone no 15 days earlier but i am not able to make customer care calls . this made a problem to me

Vodafone — Account not activated after payment

My vodafone postpaid number was [protected].I had missed my payment as I was out of town and I got a demand notice on 05.04.2010.I made the payment the same day from Citibank.The transaction Id is[protected].I have tried contacting the customer care infinite times.Iam unable to get a satisfactory response.They have deactivated my account.They have not credited the money too.I want to place a complaint against Vodafone for this.

Vodafone — not providing my old numbers

[protected],[protected] was my numbers but i lost my sims so i went to vodafone strores to get back my numbers but they are not giving my numbers.

Vodafone — Recharged but number not activated

As per customer care's suggestion, I recharged my deactivated vodafone number [protected] for activation by online recharge of Rs. 200.
Neither the number is activated nor the money returned is returned back to my account.
Please do the needful for the same.

after all - then why are you ready to give me postpaid connection ? why not prepaid?
