Could you kindly activate my micro sims, that I had taken from Hubli branch.
I am in Kolkota, and unable to use the sim.

This was the mail sent to the customer service , as the sim purchased from the same location in hublihas not been activated since 02 jun2012. I suspect that the staff casulness is the reason to this attitude, as the staff promised it would be activated in 24 hours time.
I am left in big difficiultly as I am unable to reach the internet.
