[Resolved] Vodafone — Addition of services without my permission | |||
Hello, My bill for Feb was Rs. 2000/- when I checked the reason for a high bill, I was informed that I have some service activated for STD on my no. I had not asked for any service to be activated. I then got to know that the service was activated from October. The manager named Kiran at the Viman Nagar branch confirmed that I had not requested for any services and sent a request for waiver to the head office. Now, they tell me that they can't waive off any amount and I have to pay Rs. 3900/- to reactivate my services. The vodafone collections team is harassing as well as threatening me by sending demand notice of making a police complaint. I do not mind paying my bill provided all the charges for that STD service is waived off. I will not pay a single rupee for something I did not ask for as I do not have any STD usage.
