Vodafone — GPRS scheme problem with Nokia E5 | |||
I have purchased Nokia E5 on 1st January 2011. Vodafone has an offer 2GB / month data usage for 3 months. My Mobile number : [protected]. I have registered the service through the instructions that I have recived after sending the IMEI number to 111. I got the message that you have successfully activated your scheme but still i have to bear the charges even for the surfing. I speak to customer care also and he also said that your scheme is successfully activated but when I visited to Vodafone center their they told me that their is no scheme activated on your number. I didn't understand the two different reply's from the vodafone customer care executives/members.
