I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid in January after paying my bills. Vodafone had confirmed having received the payment and successfully had converted my number to prepaid. I even did top-up on mu prepaid number. However, after 6 months of converting my number to propaid, I am receiving emails to pay the undue amount for the month of March. This ridiculous and cheap behavior is not acceptable from a reputed company like Vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
