Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing a complain about the services I received at your vodafone branch office at Abids. I have been a vodafone customer for some time now and I believed vodafone as a company was impeccable in all the disciplines and therefore decided to change my existing calling plan with a new plan and also wanted a new connection. But I was very disappointed by the services I received from your executives at Abids branch.


About a month and half back I went to vodafone branch at Abids and spoke with one of your executives - Ms. Sulekha regarding the changing of a calling plan, I was assured by Ms. Sulekha that the plan will be change in a days time and I will be billed as per the new plan. But After a month, to my utter astonishment I was erroneously billed as per the old plan. I was completely deceived by your executive. When I went back to inquire about this on dt: 27/04/2012, I was received by another executive - Mr. Salman who said that my request for the change of a plan was never taken and when I asked Ms. Sulekha about this, she bluntly denied the fact right on my face. But when I confronted her and made them check your books, she agreed and simply replied that she forgot to take my request. Then, After Mr. Salman Reassured me that my request will be taken immediately and plan will be change by that same evening, I asked for the confirmation/acknowledgment, he never gave me one and said it'll be taken care of. I also took a new connection/sim card and the sim card number was :[protected]*0 on the same day. I made an initial deposit of Rs 150 and verification was done on dt: 29/04/2012 and I was asked to pay another Rs 350 which I paid on dt: 30/04/2012.

I was told my new connection will be activated in one days time and but it was never activated and I went back again to the same branch on dt: 02/05/2012 and wished to speak with the store manager Instead I was shown to meet a Floor Incharge- Mr. Touseef who again reassured me everything will be perfected like the previous reps but did not solve my problem, instead he doubled my problem by activating my phone on OTHER SIM number. I have never been caused this kind of grievance before by any company.

On 03/05/2012 I went to Liberty branch, I was received by an executive - Ms. Lakshmi who told me that my request for change of a plan was still not taken. However she heed to my situation and did her job aptly and changed my calling plan immediately and unlike Touseef, Salman or Sulekha, She gave me an acknowledgment no # [protected]. I explained her about the problem with the new connection that was caused by the incompetent executives at Abids, for which she directed me to go to main office of vodafone at begumpet.

I took the pain of going to begumpet office and talked to Mr. Syed Yahiya and he took no time in resolving my problem and gave me a new connection with sim no :[protected]*6. When I told him of how I was Incorrectly billed for the last month, he duly noted my complaint and also forwarded my request for a Waiver and gave me an acknowledgment no: [protected] & [protected]. Only if the representatives at Abids branch had done their job like Yahiya or Lakshmi then I would not have to go through all the troubles and grievances.

Surely, my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear is of high caliber.

I'd really appreciate if you kindly look into my concern with alacrity and investigate the matter so that I can get my Waiver as early as possible.

Vodafone, Hyderabad — Bad Service Provided

My outgoing calls was deactivated by the Vodafone, Hyderabad branch on 4th March, 2009 without any sms or msg from their office. When I called the customer service at 1235 hrs, I was told that my credit limit was over.

I informed the customer service executive that I have dropped the cheque for my bill sent by them, she verified the details and confirmed to me that the outgoing call facility will be activated within 3 hrs.

Till 1530 hrs my outgoing calls were not activated, I once again called the customer service and asked for the manager but as usual Managers don’t take any calls and the executive are not authorised to give the call to them, somehow one my call was fwd to the floor supervisor Prasad

He too told the same story and then he tells me that my cheque has be dishonoured and returned on 04th March, 2009 for the reason known to me or my bank !!

I made him explain that the payment cheque which was dropped by me was dated 05th March, 2009 as the due date was 07th March, 2009, he did not listen to me nor given the call to his Manager.

As I had not other option, I made online payment of Rs.500.00 and then only my outgoing call was activated.

I had sent a written complaint to the company and the reply was a simple apology without taking any action for the bad service provided by them.

Till date they have not given me any complaint number inspite of sending them 4 reminders!!

I want the concern to take action for the bad service provided to me.

employees working in vodafone store at mehadipatnam are not providing services well to the customers they do not provide the service to who come first and they provide service immediately to their known customers and i wait 15 days for activation of my sim which i converted postpaid to prepaid when i went to store they delay the service for 2hour i paid the amount in begumpet store for activation but the mehadipatnam vodafonestore people asked me extra money for activation i request you to take action
