[Resolved] Vodafone — Bad GPRS Services | |||
My name is Naresh Kumar, I have got activated an Internet pack of Rs123 which is valid for one month with 1 GB data, and want to use this net pack on my PC but when I connect my PC with Internet using my NOKIA E63 phone as modem with the help of Nokia PC suit, in the beginning it gets connected but after 5 or 10 minutes it gets disconnected itself then I have to reconnect it. I have talked to Vodafone customer care a number of times but no customer care executive provided me solution of this problem they often put my call on hold and don't attend again or they started mobile helper ad massage.
