[Resolved] Vodafone — balance deduction due to company's technical problem | |||
I recharged with a 199 data pack (2GB) last month supposed to end today 05.10.2013 but i recharged it online on 04.10.2013 in the evening at around 6:00. I had 5MB of data left. In the night 09:13 that 5MB got over and my balance got deducted (Rs.8.70). However i had my data pack renewed in the eve itself that too a day before. I called customer care they said they had some technical issues but company's technical issues are none of my business. Later on they said that you must have opened multiple browsers. But at that instance i was using only one. While the whole month i used to use multiple browsers and that time no balance was deducted. I asked them to allow me to talk to their higher authority but they just put me on hold. Called 3 customer care executive; all had the same story and all of them put me on hold. The last call on hold lasted 43 minutes. They're harressing the customers. Please see through it. Was this information helpful? | |||
