[Resolved] Vodafone — VODAFONE SWINDLE | |||
Dear All, This is to inform you that, I have Rechaged my VODAFONE Mobile for 335/-, Actually It's my customize offer if Recharge 335 i supposed to get 400/- Talk time, The same Recharge i made4 to 5 time, It was done earlier. But this time it's not done successful I have just got only 303/- instead of 400/-. The same discuss with VODAFONE customer care, They have logged 4 to 5 complaints regarding this but they have resolved my issue, on 11Nov10 i spoke to the customer care they spoke to me very rude and that executive could not able to resolve my issue and he transfer my call to his supervisor and she was" very rude” and she give the comments like " we are not going to give your money whom ever want you can complaint". Pals find the below details. and also informing you that before i recharge I have called up Vodafone customer care and confirmed and recharged. whenever i recharged i always do this.
