[Resolved] Vodafone — non responsive on any complaint, everytime i call they put me on ivr | |||
Hi my name is ayon. Abd my number is [protected]. I called vodafone at [protected] helpline as they have deactivated customer care center call on my number to activate 6gb internet plan, for which they said will take 4 hours to activate. Its benn 4 days now, they have deducted huge amount of balance from my account. Aroung 600 rupees, and every time i use internet main account balance gets deducted. I am not able to call them onany number, 111,198,[protected]. They have deactivayed the cuatomer center callservice from my last complaint on this forum. As per the offer from Vodafone there is a Plan 2GB data usage/per month for 3 months exclusively for Nokia E5. I have registered a complain for that 7 days back. They have closed the complain but the plan is not activated. Still I am being charged for the data usage.
Pathetic customer service from the Vodafone Store at 100 Ft Road, Indiaranagar and Customer Care as well. There was no point after taking to the Vodafone Store manager. Finding some way to complain under "misleading / wrong advertisement" to comsumer forum as well.
