Vodafone — Unlimited Outgoing Barred

I opted for a Vodafone connection as per my colleague's suggestions as there was an plan where Vodafone was giving unlimited plan within Karnataka to any Vodafone or any mobile and to landline. Within very weeks time my outgoing was barred asking for my documents. As a responsible citizen I took my cousin along with me and submitted his documents as I had lost my Election ID card recently, for a surprise and several calls to Vodafone and visit to their Vodafone store....connection resumed after 24-hours of re-submission of the documents. I nearly did not get a chance to use my card for about 5-days as I work in the night shifts in an International call center. I had to recharge my account with 699 after a month as I am suppose to be doing to continue having unlimited plan, where I recharged it on 28th of February 2011 and on 4th of March 2011 morning again I lose my outgoing. I started calling customer care from my given number, but to no avail as there is no outgoing... The message I get to hear is... "This service requires a special subscription". In-fact I forgot to mention that, I had Initially even lost my Sim along with the cell phone within few days of subscribing to Vodafone, later after two days I had to visit Vodafone store to get a duplicate one. However, I kept calling Vodafone several times...speaking with several other agents and with the supervisers... who gave me different reasons for disconnections and gave false promises. One says it's because of non-submission of documents, one says it's because your account is negative Rs1 and one more says that It's because...you just migrated from postpaid to prepaid..etc...where as I purchased a new prepaid one..a month ago....and I have submitted my docs twice which is in the name of "Syed Akram Zameer". one of the supervisors, gave me a false promise of resuming the services within 2-hours but, no no avail....I also recharged my SIM for Rs20 so that they deduct Rs1 and resume my services back. However, nothing worked. My services are still not back when I am leaving this complaint. This is my first ever experience with Vodafone....which is really pathetic, I've been with Airtel since 7-years and had no issues at all....with their services. I will .......NEVER EVER WANT TO BE WITH VODAFONE...NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANY OF MY ENEMIES.
