I have been charged rs 120 and rs 350 for using vodafone live whereas I dont even know what it is ? is this fraudulent billing ?

How can you activate the services without my notification, and how will i get the charges of 1055 Rs without using the service, since i did not know the service is activated. i have been to CC to manually disable this service inspite of that it gets activated again in and again withut any notification saying the service is activated, I am not going to pay anything for the service i have not requested or used for. i know that you people are doing this wantedly since the plan i hold is unlimited plan. i will take it forward to consumer court.

I clearly mentioned to the associate i was looking for a zero rental. He asked me to send a sms (i really don't remember and i ahve not it saved), and i did.

I am trying to raise a complaint, but no one is registering the complaint in customer care.
They are giving all reasons possible like system is down, call after 24 hrs; other reason being your bill is not showing in our system, however i have my hardcopy in my hand. I had to ask if i am talking to vodafone and if they did generate my bill then how come they dont have it.
Please help me in this regard.
