[Resolved] Vodafone — Barring My Incoming & Outgoing | |||
Vodafone has barred my incoming and outgoing thrice in one week saying that my documents are not submitted which i have done 4 times since the start of connection. This is causing me loss of time and work due to lack of connectivity. Moreover i stay alone out of city and i have been facing lots of convenience. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had already submited my document last four days & i am inform for your customer exucutive,
but now today my sim is not working ( incoming & outgoing is barred ).
i am customer for you last 2 years.
but your services is very third class...
today i have very loss because, you have barred my incoming & outgoing calls.
if you will not solve my problem, i am going to change my sim from vodafone to other option...

Vodafone India — Regarding Incoming barred.
Sir,I am a prepaid consumer of Vodafone India company and i purchased lifetime incoming free connection from Vodafone my number is [protected]. just after a 2 month i cant receive a call from anynetwork, i've already deposited all my document. Whoever person calling me, my phone switched off showing to them despite my phone is absolutely fine and all other sim works on my cellphone. when i called to consumer care the've asked me to wait for 7 days and this is very disturbing for me. as during i am expecting very important calls on my mobile.
