I am not getting mobile network at my res. B-9 vidyasagar park , nabanagar, rly gate no. 6 birati , kol-51 90 % time of a day since last 3-4 months. My Ph. No. [protected]

Hi,
During the call it is getting automatically disconnected with reason network fail.
For this duration of 5-6 seconds is also charging an amount of 5-6 paisa
for the calls.
This is happening frequently.
Can any one let me know how this happening.

I am agree to share my handset for checking.but instead of that you have to provide me one handset to be used till the period you keep my handset and the responsibility of lost and any other demage to the handset will be yours and you have to bear it.other people working there have same network problem i have also requested you to please send your executive to come at the sight( sector- 3 pocket I plot no- 65 my contact no [protected] vivek hans ) i have already complaint you twice one from mail and other from phone its refrence no is[protected] dated 22/06/2011 but no action has been taken yet.this is my last request, pls reply me soon otherwise i will disconnect my connection.i am requesting you to pls install new tower as many people having network problem as to provide good service

i have already complaints network failed in bawana ind area sector 3 pocket i plot no 65 19 june mail and 25 june repeat mail and 22 june talk to customer care ref no.[protected] and[protected] but my problem is not solved i have also request ed you to please send your executive to come at the sight sector 3 pocket i plot no 65 bawana industrial area but no reply i hope take some action at this complaint
