[Resolved] Vodafone — BBM Service issue | |||
I have activated a BBM internet service on 3rd of may 2012 at 00:17, but the service was not activated from vodaphone till 22:55 in between that when i tried to reach the vodaphone customer care not able to connect i tried at least 100+ time to connect them, i have never got connected once in day, then i found a head of vodaphone relation ship manager contact number and i drafted 2 SMS to that person after that i got a call from [protected] and he informed me that he is looking into this matter and he will get back to me after that he never called me back my money was also got deducted from my main balance account, when i tried to reach him he was not answering my call and till now he is disconnecting my call, then i have done a recharge of rupees 20 from vodaphone website the amount got deducted from my bank account and they have still not send me the balance after that i have reached to vodaphone gallery and done a 50 rupees recharge, the persone told me that he don't have the change that's why he given me 40 rupees he promised me he will recharge me mobile with the 10 rupees which i have not received yet (Ambernath East Vodaphone center) i have given them a full day to solve my issue, but they don't care, i spend at least 250 rupees + harassment, i really want to show them they are the big company but we are spend a mony that the reson they are their., request you pepole to help me.
