Hi,
I have sent a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com regarding the Disconnection of my Vodafone Postpaid Service of the number [protected].
I received an acknowledgement stating that my Pospaid Connection will be Deactivated on 16th Feb 13.
I was also told to clear the outstanding amount and I have did it.
Unfortunately, the postpaid connection is active till date and I have received a bill for the period 18th feb 13 to 24th Mar 13.
I wish my problem will be resolved ASAP.
