Verified Support Oct 10, 2012 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Gaurav, Please be informed that the Vodafone Mobile Connect service has been deactivated on 18 August 2012. We have processed a reversal on 21 September 2012 for the usage charges of 17 August 2012. We regret to inform that we will not be able to process any more reversals as the charges are valid.
