respected sir i pankaj bhardwaj using my vodafone number [protected] from last 7 years an this number is in prepaid but due to scrach in sim it get break so iwent to vodafone store which is mohali punjab your coustmer care executive are given me a new sim by saying that in this number we cannot given this number in prepaid you have to take it in postapid and change it in prepaid after sometime my compalints are that as below 1 how much time you will take to convert it into prepaid. 2 as when i take this number internet setting are recived and it will automatically syn my data and working and my useage is over to limit kindly check my detail bill and properly given me detail bill on my email i.d :- [protected]@yahoo.com 3 kindly arrange me a call from your senior executive so i have to expalin brief my complaint or i have to restirct my connection and no need to use your services please also suggest me for that Was this information helpful? | |||
