Vodafone — Blackberry z10

Been with you years,this is the first complaint I have put in,after receiving my new blackberry phone,found out phones audio wasn't working,sent it back,it was a white phone,they told e to keep the back,plus battery and sim, They sent me a black phone of which I have put my white back on to it,looks pretty stupid,a new back is 25£" Vodafone credded me 15 £""plus then I had to wait for a new sim,that was another 2days,,on top of that all my music is lost now,86songs of which I purchased over years with Vodafone,,feel a little bit naffed off at the moment, G ardron.[protected]"
