[Resolved] Vodafone — Irresponsible behaviour of customer care executives | |||
My name is kaiser kabir. I am using a vodafone prepaid number since its inception in the state. Recently I went to recharge my number to one of the authorised dealers in my locality. Erronously instead of recharging my number by 399 the dealer recharged it by 349. The dealer felt sorry for his mistake and decided to help me. He called the customer care and we talked to one of the executives Mr Vikram Thakur who suggested my to agin recharge by Rs 50 so that my balance would be more than Rs 400 and then send a specific message to one of the service numbers by which 399 pack would be activated. I did the same thing but I got a service reply that i have typed wrong keywords. I again talked to the same executive but nethier could he help me nor was he kind and polite and he disconnected my phone. I called again but this time Some Mr Amit took my call. He was also of no help and despite y repeated requests of making me talk to Vikram or any other knowledgeable person he again kept me on hold for a longtime and then disconnected my phone. Even if the executives were not able to help me out atleast they should have been polite and fair in their conversation, on the contrary nethier did they help me nor were they polite. Such type of irresponsible behavior is not at all acceptable from the employees of a company with such good reputation and if any one does so, company is expected to take stern action against such persons.
