[Resolved] Vodafone — FROM MANAGERS TO APPELLATE AUTHORITY -CRAP SERVICE-PATHETIC-MONEY EATERS | |
I had a vodafone number for 4years under family plan..when i decided to move out of the plan, Vodafone had strictly instructed the other users to clear their outstanding(which they never did) inorder to change them to individual plan...after couple of months I kept recieving huge outstanding on my number. When contacted Vodafone they claim that there was previous outstanding in the family plan. I inquired with the Appelate authority and Nodal officer for the same. They claimed it was their mistake as outstanding was not recovered from other user and the transfer into individual account was done with the managers approval. When informed that this liability is not on me as it was their mistake. they disconnected my number and refused to pass reversals. Their store manager- Churchgate (OPHER), Area Manger-Churchgate (Aarti) are so pathetic and so unapprochable they do not keep a follow up...they do not call you back. no updation on the case. On the website if you are not satisfied with the nodal officers desk you can apply to the Appelate officers desk. But the true fact is they are operated by the same executives. There is no higher level. Vodafone has a sick and disgusting service. The service desk should be thrown out or changed...If the managers in Vodafone are crap i can imagine the executive level. I have vodaphone prepaid card and today on dated 25.06.09 on line rechage my account with 35 RS but 37 rs deduct from y account and active bonus card so altiataly balace is ZERO
so please recify the problem and refill my balance

Vodafone — Money Eaters
Recently Vodafone announces Free 3G usage for limited period.....I have newly bought a 3G Mobile so i want to try 3G so i activated it.....then i recharged my No with pocket internet Booster...Browsing was very Fast... ....once i c the balance it was -180 rupees(Negative Balance).....before my balance was around 25 rupees..I contacted customer care they said tat i have used more than my Download limit.But i have not exceed the limit and they are not telling my Browsed data limit..... I contacted 4 times but they are not providing proper reasons .....When we are calling if there is no balance the call will be disconnected but in browsing they are not doing like tat...they are taking our balance like anything.....So Guys Be careful While Browsing.......36%
