[Resolved]  Vodafone — Number Barred

My postpaid number is [protected], I took a new connection last week. I already have a Vodafone postpaid connection. All outgoing from this number is barred today. When I checked with the customer care, I was told that the address verification was negative. I stay in the same address for the last 25 years. I already have a connection in this address for the last 4 years on which Vodafone is sending bills and taking payments.
None of the Vodafone personnel visited my address so far. Someone called and asked for address thrice and said everything was fine and today they barred the outgoing. The customer care is absolute useless and they talk nonsense. I could not reach to any responsible person from Vodafone.
Earlier this week, they had barred all outgoing on my old connection. They asked me to go Vodafone office to sort this out. When i went there, I was surprised to see that they themselves have changed my address and claimed that my address was fake (remember they were sending bills and collecting payments for the last 4 years). I do not know how could someone do this. they dont have answers and no regrets. It is the worst customer care i hve ever seen.

How can I get the vodafone Sr.Manager's Number? There is no point talking to their customer care.

I am not able to call, though I have submitted all the requied documents to the retailer M/s Patel in Ghandhidham on[protected].
If my documents has not reached to the designated table, I think it not my fault. I should not suffer for my no mistake.Due to the non availability of out going calls, I ma in enourmous lossess and damages. I had discussed with the customer care but they could not solve my problem.help please.

last month i have brought the vodafone sim off offer 50RP/ due to exams i ahve swtched off the phone after 10 days the incoming/outgoing calls are not coming and giving that the number is barred when i call to somebody or anybody . so i am request to subricbe the phone network very urgent.
last 3 days my mob no- barred due to payment.on date 12.5.2009 i credit in your acct in Rs 1000/- through easy bill payment. at 1.30 pm vikaspuri.
pls restart my no with facility incoming &outgoing.

i am Ashish Sharma & I am using ur this no-[protected] in Prepaid for last 1-year but on 24th August night u Disconnecte my number witout any Information & when i call in customer care he say that ur number is barred because ur number Misplced & somone in ur side call us & give us details to deactivate ur number but i am not given any kind of request to deactivate the number, On 24-August 2009 i spkn with Ms.Shilpi to deactivate my GPRS sarvices but i don"t know why she deactivate my number & i Already given a complaint regarding my Balance deduction but stil there is no reply.
I[censored] do something do otherwise i goto in Consumer Forum.

purchased a Vodafone number form my village mullanpur garbibdass dist mohali punjab number was [protected] Number was Bared due Address verification Negative i was taken the number on my name malkit singh s/o sh diwan singh v.p.o mullanpur garibdass dist mohali punjab after bared number i went to your Vodafone store in sec 19 Chandigarh given proof many times but the number is still not working last time i went 26 of may 2011 and Vodafone executive said that your number will not work because of this number is working on another name migrate this number to Vodafone post paid for three months after that you can migrate into prepaid how it is possible when i purchase my number i have given my own proof and now you saying number is working on other person name i am also ready give my proof again this is my business number if my number is not unbar my alt nunmber is [protected]
